About the artist

GOLDSMITH is a visual artist and professional communicator committed to exploring issues of human interaction with the natural environment. She presently works with photography, video, sound, mixed media, as well as found and natural objects, with her themes drawn from her immediate environment. She is the founder of FRESH ARTS and has exhibited in every group show since the network’s formation in 2003. She has staged two solo exhibitions and recently exhibited new media works at Western Plains Cultural Centre in the PERSPECTIVES. ART. ECOLOGY. exhibition (23May - 19 JULY 2009).
